"Had a problem booking in as they did not have a record of our booking. They accepted the paper confirmation and all was well. Too far from the centre of the city, about 15min quick walk from the post office, 15min from the railway station. Taxi to the airport cost 28 Euro. Breakfast good, plenty of variety " - Guy Machan

"Would have liked to have been aware of the extra charge for parking the car during my stay. There is a street parking problem in Granada so to have the facility for parking at the hotel is a bonus. The information supplied when booking just states parking facility but no reference to cost. Also there was no information as to directions to the hotel, this would also have been an advantage as it was well positioned for access from the bypass road A92 from Malaga. Otherwise a very well positioned hotel for the city but quite a long walk to the Alhambra Palace." - Brian Gibson
