"Very welcoming staff, breakfast fine and room service excellent. Location near Rialto bridge very good, not the most appealing side street entrance. The stairs though are a killer and would definitely request a lower floor room if going again, at our age the top floor was not good, put it down to the luck of the draw. "We really enjoyed this little hotel located down a narrow alley behind th Rialto Bridge - a minute from the vaporetto stop. Our superior room was small but had a newly fitted bathroom with bath.

A few minutes walk from St. Mark's Square, the hotel is furnished after the Venitian style of the XVIII century and provided with all modern conveniences, it has also a reading, writing and bar drawning-room.
The hotel is situated in the historic centre, quiet near the famous Rialto's Bridge, immortalised by Shakespeare in the play "The Merchant of Venice".

From the railway station (St. Lucia Station):
on coming out of the station, you will find all the public services. The water-bus line 82 leave every ten minutes. Go towards Rialto, after passing the famous bridge, get off at the stop N.7 Rialto. Your hotel is at a distance of 30 meters, in a narrow but typical "calle".
By car:
at the end of the bridge connecting Venice to the mainland, follow the signs to the "Garage San Marco".
Choose between the parking and the garage with 20% reduction. When you enter, collect the voucer and give it once you are at the hotel. At about 50 meters from the cash desks there are the 82 water public line to Rialto.
By air:
from the airport you can directly arrive at the hotel by water-taxi or bus-service to Piazzale Roma Terminal where there are the 82 water public line, which will take you to Rialto.
