"This hotel was basic but for the price paid was excellent. The room was clean and had plenty space/storage for 2 people. Friendly staff on the reception desk. Did not try the brakfast so could not comment on that. Location was fantastic at Marble Arch. 2/3 mins walk from the tube station. Would use again myself and recommend. " - Carol Sawyer

Great location,great prices,clean bedding (important to me !!).Ensuite shower,sink & WC fine enough.Overall,a very good hotel as far as budget hotels go,there are worse places out there charging more,so i'd heartily recommend this hotel after my 3 night stay !!" - steven montgomery
"This hotel is dirty and their standard of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We booked this hotel thinking it was good value for money, i had no idea what would await me when i arrived. The bedding is very dated and dirty the sheets were stained and had hairs on them. There was very little light in the room which made it dingy. when we complained to reception the receptionist was very rude and told me there was nothing wrong. myself and my partner checked out there and then, we have been promised some kind of refund but the manager is yet to return our calls. i am so disappointed as it ruined our night away which was meant to be a relaxing romantic break. it may be cheaper than other hotels in london, but this hotel is like a hostel and definatley not worth even £20 per night, let alone £60.00. This hotel advertises itself as a 3 star but i wouldnt even give it 1 star it is disgusting, and i am so disapointed that a great company like [yours] even has it as one of their hotels.
