"The staff were very friendly and very helpful and no problem communicating as their English was quite good. No problem with street noise from the room we were given. "Staff were very helpful and friendly, and they kept the room clean on a daily basis. Although the bathroom was small, we had great water pressure the water supply to the shower and sink was well heated. "This hotel is on a small street(relatively quiet for Hanoi) and still in the hub of the city. The staff is very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Good room and good bathroom with frig, TV and telefoon. Internet in the breakfast room. There was no safe in the room i stayed in but i left my valubles with the reception as i trusted them completely. The breakfast was very good with a choice of western and Vietnamese food. Lots of fresh fruit and juices as well. The hotel also arranged a taxi to meet me at the ariport.

-Train
Hanoi Railway Station (for Sapa, Hue, Da Nang, Saigon…): 1 km - 10 minutes by taxi or xe om only 02 USD/taxi.
Transfer can be arranged with hotel at
US$20 for 4 seater car: pick up from airport to hotel- all place in old quarter by modent car very comfortable.
US$30 for a minibus.
From Hanoi Railway Station pick up for FREE.
