"The bed was rather soft and weird, made you sink into the middle.

"no customer service or pleasant welcome. i rang reception to ask where the movie theatres were and was told to look in the phone book. Also a request was made for an additional pillow we are still waiting. We asked for the most suitable hangi to visit and was recomended on in one of the villages it was pouring with rain the venues recomended were most unsutable for the weather. "After the initial hiccup of me apparently booking the wrong date via your website, we were put into an extremely small Studio room - worst of all though it smelled of cigarette smoke. I complained and we were swapped into a very spacious 1BR Unit which was the size I preferred and did not smell of smoke. Everything else was fine and Reception were very helpful due to the circumstances." - Kathryn Officer
