"I arrived after midnight - there still was someone there waiting! I needed a wake-up call to get to my connecting flight back to Queenstown at 6am in the morning... they delivered on both of these things which even some top hotels have failed to do in the past for me! Even sat me down and gave me a paper to read while I nervously waited for the taxi - fantastic service. Well done and I would stay here again. " - Matt Kirby
