"The hotel was quite nice and we had a really nice view from the balcony the to lake. The sun-deck was also nice with a great view.
The room was very spacious and clean.
If you are very sensitive to noice, the hotel might not be the best one for you: there was noice from the street, corridore and other rooms. I managed to sleep quite well with earplugs, though.
There are not that many good restaurants next to the hotel but we did find a couple we were really happy with. You can also catch the last ferry from Belaggio after dinner.

"Excellent hotel, we had the lake view and it was well worth it. Abit out of como town centre but the ferry stop to belaggio is only 100m away. Highly recommended. (interesting drive from como to the hotel)" - James Chan
