"Hotel Europeenne is located in the midst of a strip of small hotels on St Hubert street. We choose it because of a late minute deal (<$70 for a queen room) and generally felt we were well served. Its nothing special, but adequate for a quick and cheap trip to Montreal. Hotel has been recently renovated (<10 years) and so the interior is generally clean.
The hotel does back onto a bus depot so some rooms will be noisy until ~12:30am and noise starts in the morning ~6am.
The parking is located a few minutes walk away under the Grand Bibliotheque, but it is a secured and well lit underground lot. " - Anonymous
"Good location very handy to bus station, simple but clean accommodation with adequate breakfast. Cable TV in room, comfortable bed." - Catherine Brennan
"Not beautiful, not spacey, but as clean as any good hotel should be. This hotel is ideal for Montreal, as time should be spent on the streets, and it's location is perfect for hitting the bars in the village or jumping on the metro for anything else in the city. Service was quick and pure business. The best hotel for a short stay where most of your time will be spent roaming the streets or just sleeping." - John Martin
