"The main Hotel with the "NICE" rooms are accross the road from the part we stayed in, it was rather dark and a little shoddy in the shared areas, but the rooms were clean & large.
You need to have good footing and a head for hights to tackle the staircase which has very rickety hand rails!!!

You take the E40/A17 and near Brugge, you follow the direction "Sint-Michiels". In Sint-Michiels, you take direction "Centrum" (centre), and you will arrive next to the railwaystation of Brugge. At the roundabout, you turn to the left and drive straight ahead, direction 't Zand. A't Zand square, a big square with a large fountain in the middle, you take the second street at your righthand side - the Zuidzandstraat (our shoppingstreet). Halfway this street, just before the cathedral St-Salvator, you turn to the right. Follow this street to the left and you will see the hotel after the corner. Good Luck ! |
