It was great value and while the room was not very big, it was fine for one night after hitting the Wellington night life. It also included secure carparking, which was excellent. "Clean but could have vaccumed a bit better. Have stayed here once before and that room was much nicer... this time still ok, but not as nice as my other room. (perhaps ask to stay near rear of building so not near the street?). Very friendly and helpful service. Our 60 brand new, stylish and cosy guest rooms represent great value. Hotel facilities include Eclipse Restaurant/Bar/Cafe, Meeting Room, Wireless Internet, Car Parking and Key Card Security Access. Rooms have stylish bathrooms, tea/coffee facilities, Sky TV, radio/alarm, telephone, iron & ironing board and hairdryer.

From the Airport:
Taxis cost around NZD20.00 and shuttles NZD15.00 from Wellington Airport. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes.
From the motorway:
Take The Terrace Tunnel exit, turn left and travel one block. We are on the left.
From the ferry terminals:
Travel from the terminal along Aotea Quay, turn right onto Whitmore Street and follow it up past the Parliament. Turn left onto The Terrace and follow it until turning left into MacDonald Crescent. This street runs into Dixon Street. We are at the intersection of Dixon and Willis streets.

Limited off-street car parking. Hotel on-site undercover and secured car parking available at a charge of NZD15.00 per night. Advance booking for a car park space is essential (Car park space is subject to availability). |
