"This hotel is ideally located, near the shops and cathedral and a short walk to the bus stop from where you go to the Palace. The staff were really helpful, and spoke English.
The only downside to this hotel is that the floors are stone so you can hear other guests upstairs and in the next rooms. " - Darren Gray
"this was a great hotel for the price, nothing amazing but clean, comfortable, nice balconies in both bathroom and bedroom overlooking a pedestrianised shopping street. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and were even able to book us Alhambra tickets which were sold out on-line - this saved us queuing at the Alhambra very early in the morning! The hotel has a coffee-shop attached which we didn't sample but looked OK. There were no other facilities but for this price it was an excellent deal.
The location is good, a couple of nice squares with cafes nearby (eg Plaza Bib-Rambla). 10mins stroll to Plaza Nueva." - JAMES ELDRIDGE
