"I must admit, after reading several reviews, my expectations were rather low for the York Leura Gardens Resort. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at the resort. The staff was friendly from the moment we arrived;they were knowledgable and were able to answer several questions about the local businesses and attractions. The room was ready & clean. Plus, the hotel had several amenities I did not expect (such as a DVD player in the room and a pool/spa, and "business center" with a PC where I could check my emails). The resort is a bit on the older side and caters more towards the traveling family. But, for the price of the room and the friendliness of the staff, I would give this a solid 3 out of 4 stars." - Anonymous
"Very nice resort and very clean.
Only gripe was the restaurant was closed,so had to eat at The Fairmont Resort,as a bit away from the restaurants on the strip,was word of the restaurant opening again,had eat here before and the food was very nice." - Anonymous
"The meals that we had were 1st class. The seperate eating facilities is a great idea. It was like a new experience having breakfast at a different location.
