"The room we had was ideal for disabled guests, on the ground floor, plenty of hand rails and a wet room with walk in shower. Breakfasts were excellent with good choice.

"The hotel was further out from the centre than we had realised when booking, but once we figured out where the buses departed from it was not too bad. However, because of the heat it was quite a trek back to the hotel from the main sites. However, was a good hotel in other respects, although the first day when we returned for a siesta at 2.00pm (the temperature outside was 38 degrees) we discovered the room was only being cleaned at 2.00pm (we had been out since 9.30am), and all we wanted was a wash and a lie down and had to wait in the corridor until the room was services. Thankfully this never happened again and the room was always serviced by the time we returned. " - Anonymous

By Plane
From “G. Galilei” airport in Pisa:
Take the train in the airport that leaves the station, every hour, to reach the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella. From the railway station we suggest to take a taxi. Length of the ride 10 minutes.
From “A. Vespucci” airport in Florence:we suggest the shuttle to the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella and then to take a taxi. Length of the ride 40 minutes. Alternatively you can take a taxi from the airport. Length of the ride 20 minutes.
by train
From the Florence railway station of Santa Maria Novella, Firenze Rifredi and Firenze Campo Marte:
we suggest to take a taxi. Length of the ride 10-15 minutes.
by car
Regardless of the A1 highway exit (Firenze Certosa, Firenze Nord, Firenze Sud) follow directions to “viali di circonvallazione” (ring boulevards) then follow directions to Piazza della Libertà (Libertà Square). Once you get to the square take Via Lorenzo il Magnifico.
