"Clean sheets and towels but rather tired, being an older property. TV has a lot of Ghosting. Some staff no good others fantastic. Windows need replacing, as they are rotten. No lift, 50 stairs to the top. Great location for Oxford Street and Marble Arch." - Raymond Thompson
