"When I read the hotel description before booking a room at the hotel, I was impressed with the explanation. The conclusion, was that I flew out of Hong Kong satisfied with the hotel in general. I rate accessability to the subway station very highly in almost all my hotel stays throughout the region, and this one pass the test with high scores. LCD TV and 5.1 surround sound is definitely a big plus for me for this hotel. Washroom has a very welcoming feel for me, with high end WC installed in the washroom.
There are obviously some downsides as well, i.e. the size of the room (no space for a working desk in the double bed room)and the washroom can be very cramped at the wash basin area. However, this is Hong Kong that we're talking about here, so I do understand the room size constraint.

"I paid HKD1,247 for a three-night package in a single room, including a Friday night at weekend rates. The hotel location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the financial district and main shopping malls, and plenty of cheap dining places, fruit stalls, and 24-hour convenience stores in the immediate area. Clean, ultra-modern facilities. Some quirks - water heater for the shower was erratic and the remote control for the television set - through which most of the room's lighting and sound facilities are controlled - was not working on the first night. Overall, excellent value for the money I spent. I recommend the place for a first time traveller, especially if you're travelling alone." - Anonymous

Fastest way is to use the Airport Express train to Hong Kong station and then taxi to No.105 Wing Lok Street. The cost is around HK$30.
Alternatively, the Sheung Wan MTR (subway) station is right across the street (1 minute's walk) from the hotel (A2 exit). Transfer from the Airport Express to the MTR Island Line (which terminates at Sheung Wan Station).
