APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Our New Town Studio Apartments aim to offer guests the most cost effective accommodation solution in Edinburgh. All of the apartments have comfortable beds. Properties are studio apartments with the living and sleeping areas combined. All linen and towels are provided. Our apartments have a private bathroom with powerful shower. The fully fitted kitchen includes utensils, toaster, stove, microwave and washing machine in some apartments. Some of our New Town apartments have comfortable lounge areas and in some cases a futon bed is available to accommodate extra guests. Complimentary WIFI internet is available in all apartments. Telephone, fax and safe are all available at our central office, this may incur additional charges.
•All our apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING
•Guests with restricted mobility are kindly asked to make us aware of this when booking so an appropriate apartment can be allocated. There is no lift in the building.
•Apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a week. Additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost.

| Getting There: |
Exit Edinburgh Airport Exit on to East Field Road – follow signs for the City Centre/Edinburgh Zoo. Go through Eastfield Road and turn left onto the A8. Enter into Edinburgh carrying on Glasgow Road (A8). Go through the Drumbrae Roundabout and onto Saint John's Road (A8). This will become Corstorphine Road (A8). Turn right on the Roseburn Terrace (A8). Carry onto West Coates, which becomes Haymarket Terrace (A8). Turn left into Haymarket (A8) and carry on West Maitland Street. This becomes Shandwick Place (A8) which becomes Princes Street. Turn left onto South Charlotte Street (A90) which becomes Charlotte Square and then North Charlotte Street. Turn right onto Albyn Place, and turn left into Queen Street. We are at number 6 Queen Street (opposite end) on the right hand side, next to the Jam House.

The Airport bus departs every 15 minutes. |

Check-in and key collection is between 15:00 - 20:00 from our head office located at:

Please note that this is only the location of our office and that you will be supplied with the directions and keys to your apartment.
CHECK-OUT
Self check-out: Self check-out is standard in our apartments so you do not need to return to our central reservations office on the day of check-out. (Credit card details must be provided) |
