"The room was in a state of disrepair - the curtain were falling off their tracks. The carpet was filthy as was the bathroom. All corridors were dark at night until you walked halfway down and the sensor lights came on.

"Room was fine. Reception staff did not speak any language except portuguese (and maybe spanish), and was not able to help in wireless connection problems, or provide a convertor to use some electrical equipment. They looked good but not very bright. Best man in the house was the friendly and experienced doorman, who really tried to help out. If you are a business man on a trip you must be able to find a better hotel." - Michael Willems
