"Hello,We stayed at Surfers for one night--booked two apartments--we were visiting from Canada and requested a delayed checkout for at least one of the rooms until 12 noon.This request was not granted and we were told that we were "very lucky" to even have our rooms at the rate we had negotiated.Because of our flight we only arrived at Paradise Towers at 9 p.m. and had to be out by 10 the next morning.Location was great,has basic amenities,very noisy all night--school holiday..Lock on apt.door was very flimsy--would appeal to students travelling in groups and families on a budget in need of kitchen facilities." - Anonymous

"There were cockroaches in all the rooms.
The shower was unclean.
The entire staff was only one man, who left the building and made us wait for our room to check in for 15min, and he was rude when we rang his mobile to ask where he was.
