"We have stayed at the hotel on two occasions, and both times our room has been unclean when we first arrived. The floors are usually a bit dirty and the cutlery is dirty, but the location is great for shopping in the CBD and it is spacious. We travel with our infant son so the 2 room apartment is great, it has a full kitchen and bath and the pool is very handy for entertaining our son. We were disappointed that on our second stay they could not accommodate us with a late check-out before our afternoon fight, as we wanted to give our son a nap before we flew home. " - JOHN HARMSEN
"Service re apartment was minimal, no clean towels, Issue to require you to go to counter to exit is a pain and the fact that you can't go to street level in one lift is also inconvieniant
