"The location was great, the breakfast was also good, and it was great to have the free internet available.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, however, I was disappointed with the room, the heating didn't work the first night, the blind disappeared from the bathroom window at some point while I was out (which meant there was no privacy from the courtyard) and there was no attempt to make the bed, change the sheets or towels the whole time I stayed there." - Melanie Jones
