"Our apartment was not cleaned or checked prior to our arrival. The floor had not been vacuumed. The kitchen floor was black. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Our children found rubbish under the sofas. There was no carpet in our bedroom wardrobe. Instead we found cockroaches. I woke up during the night and found cockroaches in my room, the lounge room but more importantly in my kids room where they were sleeping. I was appalled. " - Anonymous

From Brisbane Airport - follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approx. 25kms and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport / Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Broadbeach. Turn left from the Gold Coast Highway into Queensland Avenue.
From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Broadbeach. Turn right from the Gold Coast Highway into Victoria Avenue, left into Surf Parade then left into Queensland Avenue.
