"the room in itself was ok, but the bathroom was full of mould and very damp and smelly. luckily the weather was good so i kept the window in the room open at all times to avoid too much smell, but the hotel is located on a busy enough street and so noise from traffic is to be expected." - Anonymous

"Excellent hotel. Very clean - none of that flowery fussy bedding you find in most hotels of this price range. Simple, elegant bedding. Great quiet location near Paddington and Lancaster Gate for access to the Heathrow Express and the Tube. No lift, so something to consider if you need one. Our room (14) was on the 3rd floor (4th to us Americans). The stairs were rather narrow & curving, with no handrail. Not a problem for us, but just an FYI. " - Lisa Wong
