"don't get a room on the 5th floor- all i heard was toilets flushing and people stamping around above me. also, as a business customer travelling on their own some international channels would have been nice-and they did say that they had these- none of the english speaking channels worked-just got a grey fuzz-i did have CNN for a few hours on day 1! the room service i got was also not of a good standard." - Anonymous
"We stayed in the delux room which was lovely. The staff in the hotel were approachable and extremely friendly. The service in the Roof Terrace Restaurant was perfect and would highly recommend that you have at least one evening meal up there.

"The location of this hotel is excellent, but its not a very special hotel. Fairly clean, but there was an odd smell on our floor which made the experience less pleasant.
