"We rented the appartment for one night on our way to the islands. It was clean and very spacious for 3 adults and would be for 2 adults & 2 children.
Only negative the lack of a/c in the living room (extra sleeping area), had to keep the windows open, which was very noisy.

"Fairly central to Gyfada shops, about a 10mins walk and Airport bus stopped right outside hotel. Room was listed as a 2 bedroon apartment but was really a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 single beds in lounge room. Room was clean and tidy, shower extremely slippery on the floor, could do with a non slip mat. Bedroom had very poor lighting and no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. Front desk told us they were unable to process credit cards as machine not working so we had to get cash which was annoying.

Plaza Hotel is a comfortable NON SMOKING, friendly hotel. Renovated 2008. All rooms have en-suite facilities, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, mini bar and 32 inch LCD satellite TV. There is also a bar, lounge, television lounge, restaurant and car park in the hotel.
The hotel is situated 18kms south of Athens city centre, directly on the coastline known as the Greek Riviera. The nearby town of Glyfada has an abundance of high class international fashion shops, shopping malls, supermarkets and bargain hunter's souvenir shops.
If you enjoy eating out you will be spoilt for choice as there are many Greek tavernas, pizzerias and restaurants offering European and eastern cuisine to choose from. Additionally there are bars, discos, cinemas and snooker/pool halls to entertain you. Or why not be lazy and soak up the sun and sea air on the excellent beach directly opposite the hotel.
For guests with an interest in history and culture a bus from outside the hotel will take you to the centre on Athens in approximately 30 minutes.
The friendly staff at reception can arrange coach tours to areas of interest on the mainland and various cruises to the many Greek Islands.
If you are feeling energetic there is a walk along the coast (leading to Voula Town), gymnasiums, a first-class golf course open to non-members, tennis courts, go kart racing, deep-sea diving nearby. |

The easiest way to get to our hotel is the X96 express bus from Athens airport directly to our door step, Bus stop Voula Beach A. (5 meteres/yards) from hotel entrance. Price/cost 3 eur, for a 24 hour bus, tram and underground pass.
From the port of pireus Bus E1 or A1 , bus stop Voula beach A.
From Athens Centre A2 or E2 , Bus stop Voula beach A bus stop.
