"The reception staff are OUTSTANDING, all of them. Sometimes I have been in much pricier hotels with less helpful reception staff -- well done! The "cleanliness" average is due to the towels (not changed during the stay) and en-suite bathroom -- not the cleanest. Also, bring your own showermat, they don't supply one and you may well break your neck slipping out of the shower..." - Anonymous
