"We were given a smoking room when asked for a non-smoking room and the room was tiny even for European standards. Other than that, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable for an Asian bed, and it was in a great location. "I picked this hotel really because it was one of the cheapest hotels in Seoul on ratestogo and to be honest i was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The location opposite Myeongdong market is a great place to shop and get around from using the tourists sight seeing bus. "the personel unfortunately doesn't speak english but their effort and commitment to help you is really comforting. No toothpaste, no shampoo in the room. Have to buy it in the lobby's vending machine. the cafeteria closed its door very early and the laundry service isn't possible past 11h. However the location of the hotel is perfect, next to the subway (exit 2), close to the fashion streets and not far from NamSam tower and 25 minutes walk to the royal palace." - nicolas trang
