"Excellent little motel, in leafy north Adelaide, a pleasant 20 minute walk from the city centre, and 5 minutes from O'Connell Street. Great friendly service, and while you shouldn't expect plush accomodation, it was very quiet and comfortable. "The rooms don't come up to the standard that the facade (both building and foyer) present with an unplayably torn up pool table, lots of torn and worn out couches, rooms too small for the worn out beds, basically the place is far past worn out. However it has a nice balcony with a nice view, some of the people are nice and it's a beautiful building. The same price will get you places much much better though." - Anonymous

Built in 1913 the Princes Lodge is a grand old mansion with clean and comfortable accommodation for people wishing to relax in the large garden with a book or sip wine on the balcony overlooking the Parklands towards the Adelaide Hills.

Go north along King William Street, the main street going through the middle of Adelaide, go across the river, up the hill where the road changes to O'connell Street, turn right at Tynte Street, and go to the T junction and turn left and we are just around the corner.
