PUERTO PALACE HOTEL TENERIFE ISLAND

"My Husband, I and our two children stayed end of February early March. The staff excellent did everything possible to make it one of the most memorable holidays to date. Situated a ten minute walk from city centre. Taxis cheap readily available. The hotel has everything really you don't need to move. The entertainment very professional Introduction to spanish lessons, tutor who is also the entertainments officer a must. Furthermore my husband was part of the Indiana Jones Night what more could I want. The staff very pleasant to our children went out of their way for them.Sipping cocktails on the balcony looking down on the pools or going to the restaurant or watching the gym instructor teaching-a fine thing It was a fab time and its a must for all. One more of my favourite things was sitting by the pool after breakfast and asking my husband had the cleaners been in yet!! Just relax, no worries and enjoy We will be returning to this classy hotel and its service" - Margaret Daly

"The food was not good: poor selection of fresh fruit at breakfast, no fresh juices, poor choice of juices. Dinner was not good, and certainly not worth the price. The communal areas were extremely smokey which is very unpleasant for non-smoking guests" - John Phillips
