Reception is open between 0700 & 2300. Late check-ins can access the resident manager via the intercom at the front door of Reception. Check in time guaranteed from 1400. Check out time is 1000.

The entrance to the car park is on Elouera Rd next to Northies Tavern. Proceed down the driveway to the underground car park and ensure to park on the bottom Level (B). There are two elevators in the middle of the basement car park with a sign to the left of these elevators instructing Quest Guests how to access Reception via an intercom system for access into the building.
