"Fantastic new Bed and Breakfast in Florence. The couple that run the place are very accommodating. The rooms are nicely decorated and the breakfast is great. The veiw from the top of the terrace is spectacular of the Duomo. Go up to the top floor inside (there are two other hotels in that building). There's not a big sign out front to look for, so look for a small street across from the Novecento Relais to help you find the building as you walk down the street. The address is: 10 Via Ricasoli. A brand new Hotel, in the heart of Florence, just in front of the Main Dome, the Hotel Novecento is in an ancient Italian "palazzo". All the room are in a kind of "provencal" stile with oriental accents. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and TV and also offer room service. Breakfast is included and lunch or dinner can also be served in the hotel.
The most spectacular feature of the hotel is the terrace, that offers a magnificent view over the roofs of Florence and the dome! |
