"The hotel is very convenient to the Central Market and also Rundle Mall. Our room was a little noisy as it overlooked Waymouth St and with a bar across the street you could hear everything, also the room had not been cleaned to the standand you would expect from this 5 star rated hotel. However, the staff are very polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. My husband and I would stay here again." - Martyn Brown

" The curtain was hanging off rail and need to call reception to get in fixed. Whenever called reception , took several minutes to be answered. Concierge never picked up the phone. Valet parking took over 30 mintues to get our car, after repeating asking front desk for the car. The rooms windows look like they had not been cleaned in years.

- By car via Sir Donald Bradman Drive, turn right onto West Terace, 1eft onto Franklin Street and left into Bentham Street. The hotel is located on the corner of Waymouth and Bentham streets. Taxi fare is approximately $15-$20.
From the railway station, walk south on King William Street, and turn right into Waymouth street. Approximately 5-10 minutes walk. |
