"Excellent room with recently refurbished well-appointed kitchenette and bathroom in early 20th century appartment block - not a conventional hotel; reception office on first floor. Superb central location near cathedral but very quiet street. Not suitable for those with mobilty problems, as on top most (5th?) floor and lift (attractive but ancient!) only went to floor below; also there were steps within room. I would happily stay again when visiting Vienna. " - Anonymous


"Rooms did not have Air Condition, which was a problem cause the weather happened to be 40C during our stay. I also expected a free internet access in the price, but I had to buy access for 18EUR / 24hours. And finally the internet did not work in the room, so I had to hassle 2 days to get it working. Otherwise the house and facilities were good, location is convenient." - Anonymous
