"New hotel - themed room was Mozart - no TV in room but in kitchen dining area. Good location easy bus ride to old town. Many local restaurants in neughbourhood - opening at 9pm! Staff very helpful - English spoken. Kitchen open all hours for making coffee, tea, snacks, etc Free internet access. Would recommend and would use again." - Philip Le Gros

Getting There: By car
From anywhere you come from, follow the directions to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. When you get to the complex, you will find us just in the street in front of the Palau de les Arts, Avenida Instituto Obrero,20

By train
Go out through the main gate, you will find a street called Marques de Sotelo, after 70 meters you will find the bus stop of the bus n. 35, it will take you to Avenida Insituto Obrero, get out in one of the two stops on that street, 40flats is located at 50 meters from both.


By plane
If you arrive between 06.00 and 23.30 the best way to get to the hostel is by Metro. Get off in "Xativa" station. From there follow our directions from the train station.
If you arrive outside of these hours Taxi will be the best solution.


By bus
At the main exit you will find the bus n. 95, take it and get off at the first stop of Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, in front of the Palau de les Arts you will see Avenida Instituto Obrero, 40flats is loca
