"I really love this hotel. I like the location - just a few minutes' walk from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, lots of shops and places to eat in the vicinity and very well served by public transport (tube, bus). The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet and, I like the fact that breakfast is brought to your room at the time of your own choosing - which appeals to me more than having to seek out a busy breakfast room. On the minus side, there is only one minor drawback - no kettle/tea, coffee in the room. If this latter point was rectified I wouldn't have any complaints at all. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side, but I'm willing to pay it for all that I've just mentioned." - Pamela McLoughlin

Getting There: From London Heathrow airport take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station. When exiting the station walk west on Praed street turning into Craven Road.
