"Initially allocated different room from that requested. However this was rectified immediately, with an upgrade to a room overlooking the Botanic Gardens. The Gardens outlook was superb - and probably worth paying additional for. Location not so good but still close enough to all city facilities without being in the midst of noise and activity.
