"I found the facility to be very clean. The only criticism I have is that the hotel was a family-based one and in the first week of the school holidays was very crowded with children. The only dining room was also very full of children and I found thai noisy and also a battlefield when it came to selecting food from the buffets. Also retaiing use of your table when away from it selecting food or getting a cup of tea/coffee was a bit of a lottery. A separate dinig area for those without children might have been a possibility.
