"This was a great hotel in a great location. The room was a suite on their top floor which also had a huge balcony and eating area. Breakfast was included, cointinental style and more than ample. Reception staff and cleaning staff very polite. Included was a trip to one of the glass factories on Murano Island - a gimmick to sell their glass to tourists at factory prices. Interesting to see the glass being made. Overall very clean and good size rooms. Being on the doorstep of the Piazzo San Marco was great. Would go back to this hotel again." - Kelvin Beaty
