"They say it is air conditioned but our room had only a portable water cooler that was so noisy we had it turned off when sleeping. We had the large sliding window open but then had to contend with the street, traffic noise while trying to sleep. We stayed 3 nights and one day returned to find the cleaner had not finished making the bed and had a cleaning rag on the bench. " - Anonymous
