APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
All of our properties have comfortable beds with linen and towels provided. Some of our properties are studio apartments in which living and sleeping areas combined. All of our apartments have private bathrooms with a powerful shower. Our fully fitted kitchens include utensils, toaster, stove and microwave. Most of our properties have a separate lounge area while some properties are studio apartments with living and sleeping areas combined. Futon beds are available to accommodate extra guests in many apartments. Many apartments have complimentary WIFI access while internet, telephone, fax and safe are all available at our central office. These services may incur additional charges.

From Waverly Train Station
Leave Waverley Station by the Waverly Bridge Exit, turning right onto Waverly Bridge. Take a left onto Princes Street – you will see the rocket-like Scott Monument on your left hand side.
Take a right onto Hanover Street. Carry on straight ahead at the roundabout, still on Hanover Street. At the traffic lights, take a right onto Queen Street. We are located at 6 Queen Street, on the right hand side of the street, next to The Jamhouse (Live Music Venue) |

Check-in and key collection for our apartments is between 15:00 - 20:00 at our head office
6 Queen Street, New Town, Edinburgh, EH2 1JE.
**Please note that this is only the location of our office and that you will be supplied with the directions and keys to your apartment.
