"The cleanliness of this place was not of high standard. More so the servicing of the units was not done properly. The floors were not wiped in the bathrooms, when we arrived garbage was still left in the kitchen. I did not get that warm and fuzzy welcome from reception. " - Anonymous

Sea Spray Suites are at 138 Marsden Road, Paihia.
Drive through Paihia heading towards Waitangi. Sea Spray Suites are on your left hand side just before the Shell service station.

Check-in Procedure:

Check in is 2:00pm
Reception is at the end of the driveway. Should you have a large vehicle, one can enter from the back, off Davis Crescent
Check out is 10:00am

Car Parking:

Sea Spray Suites offer off-street car parking, Free of Charge, 1 car per suite.

Child Policy:

Children 14 years and under are Free of Charge when accompanied by a paying adult and using existing bedding.
