Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is located at Somerset Gordon Place, 24 Little Bourke St Melbourne. |

Car parking is located at Wilson's carparking, 150 Lonsdale Street. The parking charge is at a cost of $16.50 per exit or per 24 hours. It is located in between Swanston and Russell Streets. |
| Child Policy: |
Children under the age of 12 using existing bedding stay free of charge. A sofa bed or an extra bed can be added to all room types, with the exclusion of Hotel style, for $40 per night including GST.Baby cots are also available,they are comlimentary and subject to availability.
