"Room with stairs should have been explained as option at time of booking.I had difficulty in getting my suitcase up stairs as I have an injury to my elbow. Late arrivals would have no chance of asking for assistance. Shower door did not close, bathroom sink had mould growing around plug-whole. otherwise found location great, price good and general cleanliness 1st class." - Elizabeth Hopwood

Hotel Description:    Located in the heart of St Kilda, this 4 star boutique accommodation consists of 12 fully self contained STUDIO apartments. Built in the 1860s, this Georgian Mansion still preserves its original character and has been designed for those who prefer to stay in apartment living rather than hotel style. You will enjoy the high level of privacy and also the self check in system that saves you time and is excellent for late arrivals.

Each apartment contains a kitchenette with all cooking facilities, TV, DVD player, FREE Wireless Internet, heating and cooling, ironing equipment, workstation, separate modern ensuite with porcelain tiles and a guest laundry on site. Each apartment has been individually designed and are all unique. Balconies and indoor conservatories are available for several of the apartments. All apartments have a queen size bed however you can contact management to check availability of a sofa couch for a third person. Rates do apply.

With only a ten minute ride to the city by car, and only 2 mins walk to public transport, you will find everything you need within close proximity. St Kilda Road and the beach are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartments..
