"The service at this hotel was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the very pleasant staff I came into contact with. Although the booking for a 2 bedroom apartment had been made a few weeks in advance, there was no 2 bedroom apartment available on the day of arrival, which was very inconvenient and annoying given that we were sharing with a work colleague. The one bedroom apartment was quite roomy and we made do. I expect we will be charged the reduced room rate." - Anonymous
