The 135 self-contained residences offer separate living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens and modern amenities. Leisure facilities consist of fully equipped gymnasium and sauna, complimented by an open air jogging track, swim spa and BBQ area. Somerset on Elizabeth is designed for comfort and convenience, allowing you to relax in the heart of Melbourne.

Our residences are serviced daily Monday to Saturday and on request on Sundays and Public Holidays

Check-in Procedure: For security measures, we require a photographic identification upon check-in.
For cash paying guest, we reuire $100 deposit per day on arrival.
Car Parking: Valet Parking is available at $30.00 per night and self park is available at $20.00 per 24 hours or per exit. Simply pull up to the front of Somerset On Elizabeth and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
Child Policy: Children under the age of 12 using existing bedding stay free of charge. A sofa bed or an extra bed can be added to all room types for $40 per night including GST. Baby cots are also available, they are complimentary and subject to availability. PLEASE ADVISE UPON RESERVATION IF EXTRA BED OR COT IS REQUIRED.
