Getting There: From St Mark’s Square: Cross the square and go under the archway of the Clock Tower (Torre dell’Orologio) then take the second alleyway on the left called ‘Calle dei Baloni’, and you will find our Suites adjacent to the canal.

From Rialto Bridge: Walk along the famous ‘Calle delle Mercerie’, following the signs for St Mark’s Square (San Marco) after a few minutes you will arrive in front of the north façade of the Clock Tower (Torre dell’Orologio). Take the last but one alleyway, ‘Calle dei Baloni’ on the right.

We can provide assistance with airport and railway station transfers. Please contact our Front Office staff for instructions and costs.

Public transportation :
From either Piazzale Roma (car terminal) or from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, you may take the “Vaporetto” (water buses) lines N. 1 (local) or N. 82 (express), direction San Marco and stop at “San Marco – Vallaresso” (St. Marks Square).
Check-in Procedure: Check-in time is after 2pm. For early arrivals we can store your luggage.

For late arrivals (after 10.30pm), once in Venice please contact the Hotel - 0039 (italy) 041 (venice) 2410111 (Hotel) - and you will be given instructions. Check-in in this case, will take place in our other Hotel (Hotel San Marco) and you will then be taken to Suites Torre dell'Orologio.
Car Parking: At the end of the motorway, exit Venezia, follow the indications for Piazzale Roma, where you will find the car terminal (24 hour parking): From here you may take either a private water taxi or public transportation.
Child Policy: One child between 0 and 8 years old is always free when sharing room/suite with at least one adult.

All children from age 8 and one day up are considered adults and pay normal rates/supplements.
