"The location of the hotel was really great, very close by, walking distance to the main attraction and close to public transport. Places to eat out were close by too and nice, the area the hotel is located is nice and clean, (well the whole city clean). The service provided by the porters and the catering staff was excellent. Although the hotel meet all my request that I made prior to booking in were meet I feel that the hotel should train some reception staff as to be more helpful, could do with some customer serivice training to be more helpful and go that extra mile to assist visitor. Overall the staff at the hotel was great and enjoyed the hotel and may return in future." - Anonymous
