"OK place & location.
Let down by service in the maintenance area.
Our room air conditioner was pushing out hot air - we raised this with front office after the first night, & told them that if not an easy fix, a pedestal fan would do. Not fixed, no fan & no feedback! " - Anonymous
"Rooms are spacious. Full kitchen facilities and a laundry, which was useful. Pool/spa facilities good although the sauna was out of order during our stay. Continental breakfast just adequate - would have liked real coffee. Bus stop outside but no service on a Sunday - although markets/Queen St within walking distance and taxis cheap. " - Helen Thompson
