"This accommodation was in a good location with quick and easy access to shops and the beach. Both were in walking distance. The hotel room was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy and security was very good. You needed a special key fob to activate the lifts and to enter the car park. All in all it was a very nice place to stay and we would certainly stay again and recommend to others." - Simon Fry

"Security here needs review. A key is required to access apartment. Swipe card is required to access lift and a beeper is required to gain entry into the car park. Very complicated!!! On check out i misplaced the Ving swipe card to access the lift. I was charged @$20.00 to replace this card. The value of this magnetic stiped card would be about 50 cents or less. No other Hotel i have stayed at have ever charged a fee for replacement. This ended what had been a pleasant stay here. Very poor customer relations!!! Would not stay here just on protest.. Swell Beach Resort makes for an ideal family retreat or romantic getaway.

You can choose from 1, 2 and 2+1 Family Fully self contained holiday apartments. All rooms have fully ducted air conditioning, colour TV's and Dvd's, direct dial phones and state of the art fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Laundry facilities include washing machine, dryer and iron.

Apartments all have balconys or courtyards with lovely views of the recreation areas or of the ocean.

Swell is equiped with security controls to entry doors, garage and lifts, with undercover security car parking and on-site management.
