The Beach Hotel is superbly situated on Brighton seafront overlooking The West Pier and English Channel. From the M25 motorway: Exit at Junction 7 onto the M23 south. Continue on the M23 onto the A23. Follow signs to Brighton and on reaching the town, follow signs for the seafront. Turn right into the Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you'll find Regency Square and the Beach Hotel situated directly opposite the grand West Pier.
From the South West/Exeter: Follow the A30 to Honington and join the A35 passing Dorchester turning onto the A31. Take the A31 onto the M27 continuing onto the A27 all the way to Brighton. Follow signs for Brighton seafront, turn on Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you'll find Regency Square and The Beach Hotel directly opposite the grand West Pier.

All rooms have to be settled in full on arrival. We accept all major credit and debit cards or cash.

Please also note that we do not have car park facilities. There is however, an NCP car park opposite the hotel. The cost of parking has to be settled directly with the car park and is not included in your bed and breakfast (or dinner, bed and breakfast) rate.
