"Service grade would have been better if there had been an outlet for snack food (sandwiches, etc.). These are available at the bar but the supply is inadequate and no facilities nearby. On one occasion the lobby bar area was closed for a private party (without notice). This made demands and increased waiting times at other F&B outlets. But these points are for 'reference' only. "I booked the extremely good rate of 40 euro per night... so for a so-called 4 star hotel, that felt like a good deal. Definately with the swimming pool, gym, etc... BUT when you actually get at the hotel you get sth different. This hotel is a zoo, packed with tour groups and big conferences. For the gym and other facilities needs to be paid seperately. You need to pay 40 euro deposit for the minibar. The tv is in tiny seating area so you can't watch it from your bed. They charge you 7 euro per night for an unguarded parking spot. The room does not even have a tootbrush... The breakfast buffet was ok... The location is great IF you don't mind taking a shuttle bus (10 min) first and then change to the subway (20min) to the center. In the future I will spend a little more money and maybe book a hotel downtown..." - Alexander De Ceuster
